Ultimate Tricep Workout

The "French Curl" combines the effects of mass muscle building and toning. To perform this, you can sit down or lay down on a bench. You will use a straight or cambered bar to execute this workout. While laying down, you will hold the bar above you and straight out with your elbows inward next to your head. You will slowely lower the bar towards the back of your head. Be sure you are only using the tricep muscles while doing this. Don't let your elbows fall backward or forward. Hold the bar for a quick second as it is by your head to assure your grip. Slowely, while raising the bar back forward, visualize your triceps doing all the work. This will help to individualize these muscles to get maximum results. As the bar is back in its forward position, take another breather and regain your hand strength by loosing your fingers. Then continue the exercise and feel your triceps getting the ultimate workout.
