Tricep Long Head

The long head runs along the bottom side of the humerus. This muscle is the largest of the three tricep head muscles. This is the muscle that will stand out the most. Here are some workouts that will give you that definition and mass in the long head tricep.

Workouts: Cable Kickback, Seated Single-Dumbbell Tricep Extension, and Lying French Press (skullcrushers and nosebreakers)
