Squats, Bench Press, Overhead or Military Press, Romanian Deadlifts, and Bent-Over Barbell Rows will give you the best results for gaining weight. Do high reps with relatively high weight with these exercises. Along with this, be sure to intake a lot of calories per day. Increase your daily intake of calories by 500-1000 to insure you get enough each day. With this, be sure to not over exercise during the day. The more you move around, the more calories you burn.
