Performing The Perfect Pushup

Here are the steps to perfecting your pushups:

1. Place your body parallel to the floor with your back straight and arms extended
2. Align your hands palm down with your arms slightly wider then shoulder width apart
3. SLOWELY release downward while inhaling a breath with your head looking forward (do not look at the ground)
4. Then SLOWELY raise your body up while exhaling, keeping your body parallel with your bottom down
5. To complete one repetition, hold your body up for one second with your arms extended
6. Continue to repeat this process to perform the perfect pushup

Tips: To keep your back parallel and your bottom down, you should tighten your abs while doing your pushups.
