Lower Body Muscles To Workout

There are specific lower body muscles that don't recieve enough attention. Here are ways to work on these muscles:

Lower Body Muscles:
- Calves - Calf Raises and Toe Press on the Leg Press
- Quadriceps - Clean and Jerk, Deadlift (Bent Leg), and Leg Extensions
- Hamstrings - Leg Curls and Deadlift (Bent Leg)
- Hip Adductors - Hip Adductor Machine
- Thigh Adductors - Thigh Adductor Machine
- Gluteus Maximus - Lunges, Step Ups, Squats, and Quadruped Hip Extension

Along with working lower body muscles you need to make sure you're working Core Body Muscles and Upper Body Muscles.
