How To Train Your Legs
Training your legs is something that needs to be done according to your body. You need to figure out how many sets and how many reps your particular body needs. Since everyone is different this is crucial to building your legs.
Some athlete's legs grow using low reps with heavy weight. They will often train in the 4-8 rep range and their legs respond. On the other hand, there are people who could train like that for months, and their legs won't respond. For those people training legs at high reps is much more beneficial. They would benefit from training in the 10-15 rep range with days as high as 20+ reps per set.
When it comes to sets this is also something you need to find out about your body. Everyone's body responds differently on the number of sets, in legs particularly. A commonly used number is between 3 and 5.
