2) Navigate and or click yor desired category on the home page including, 100% Whey Gold Standard, Diet Products, Natural Products, Pro Complex

3) Once you've picked your category find the product or products you want to order

4) Add that product or products to the cart

5) You can calculate your shipping cost once you've added your desired product or products to the cart

6) Checkout securely with PayPal

7) Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. All orders ship same day if ordered before 4:00 PM EST Monday - Friday, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
