Hammer Curls

Hammer curls are the easiest way to give your bicep its full mass potential. With these, you will be on an incline bench standing up. The hammer grip is like holding a hammer and knocking in nails. With your elbows to your sides, slowely raise one dumbbell until your forearm and thumb are facing towards your shoulder. Squeeze and flex your bicep muscle at this time then slowely lower your arm back to its original position. This will boost your forearm muscles and give your biceps the full look.
