Boost Your Bicep Mass
If you are looking to boost your bicep mass, then take note of this exercise. It will specialize in building big biceps. Incline Dumbbell Curls
This exercise is to get the "hump" affect on your biceps to make them look massive. Sit back on an incline bench station and hold a dumbbell of the appropraite weight in each hand. While keep your elbows forward, slowly curl the weight upward to the shoulder level. In this process, squueze and flex your bicep muscle for a quick second once you reach the top of your curl. Then slowely lower your arm so that you are still under control of the weight. Continue this process with both arms and you'll see those bicep results.
