These will target your whole abdominal area along with your obliques. To do this exercise properly, follow these steps.
- Lie face up on the floor and place your hands behind your head
- Lift your shoulders off the ground and bring your knees in towards your chest
- Straighten your right leg out while simultaneously turning your upper body to the left, bringing your right elbow towards your left knee
- Switch sides, and perform the same technique but use the opposite leg and turn
- Continue to do these steps by altering sides and rotation in a "pedaling motion"
- One full rep is by doing each side once. Try doing 20 reps for a set and see how it goes
