24 Hour Maximum Muscle

When muscle training it's important to make sure your body is getting the protein it needs 24 hours a day. To get optimum results it's also important that you take the right kinds of proteins at the right times in the day.

Right before or after training you want to use whey, which is a fast acting protein. For between meals and right before bed, you want to use casein, a slow acting protein. This is important since most muscle rebuilding happens at night, while you're asleep. You want a slower digesting protein since this is the time you will go the longest without it.
